Qualifikationen

• University degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent
• At least two years in retail, hospitality, or high-end office design
• Experience with CI design guidelines is desirable
• Experience in project management and working with construction documents
• Experience CAD drafting using AutoCAD or VectorWorks; Photoshop skills are a plus
• Ability to deliver presentations and work independently with a structured approach
• Strong German and English communication skills
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week)

• Responsibility for architectural planning processes and project management for shop and office designs


• Further development of existing workflows in collaboration with stakeholders


• Consideration of international and regional requirements as well as corporate identity (CI) design guidelines


• Support for regional and local Design Managers by providing detailed specifications for shop and office fit-outs


• Development of concepts and design plans


• Review of planned design adaptations

Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree in Interior Design, Architecture, a comparable field, or relevant vocational training


• At least two years of professional experience in retail, hospitality, or high-end office design


• Experience working in accordance with CI design guidelines is desirable


• Experience in project management and working with construction documents


• Extensive experience in CAD drafting (AutoCAD or VectorWorks)


• Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop


• Experience creating and delivering presentations


• Independent, structured approach to work


• Strong communication skills in German and English
