Job summary

adjoe is seeking a Design Lead in Hamburg to spearhead our brand narrative across global touchpoints. You will lead a design team across Hamburg and Singapore, delivering high-quality assets on schedule and maintaining scalable design systems.

You will drive brand identity across web, events, and marketing materials, collaborating closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Content to ensure design translates business goals into compelling visuals.

You have hands-on experience executing and applying established brand identities across global touchpoints. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will take ownership of bringing our new brand vision to life every day.* **Execution-first lead.** You are a hands-on practitioner who thrives in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, leading by example in daily asset production. You will guide a team of designers across Hamburg and Singapore, managing creative production schedules, establishing efficient workflows, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery across time zones.* **Global execution is your standard.** You maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every visual asset meets exact brand standards across all marketing channels globally (Americas, EMEA, and APAC).
