You have hands-on experience executing and applying established brand identities across global touchpoints. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will take ownership of bringing our new brand vision to life every day.* **Execution-first lead.** You are a hands-on practitioner who thrives in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, leading by example in daily asset production. You will guide a team of designers across Hamburg and Singapore, managing creative production schedules, establishing efficient workflows, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery across time zones.* **Global execution is your standard.** You maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every visual asset meets exact brand standards across all marketing channels globally (Americas, EMEA, and APAC). From major international event booth graphics to localized digital performance assets, you ensure flawless presentation down to the pixel.* **Turns business narratives into design that sells.** You work closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Content to translate commercial objectives into design that does more than look good — it tells the story adjoe is selling.
