Zusammenfassung

ProfitPath is seeking a hybrid designer-builder who owns the end-to-end design process. You will shape the complete user experience, from concept through to production, ensuring the design system remains cohesive and scalable.

You will work directly with the founders, shipping polished interfaces and meaningful interactions using React/Next.js, Tailwind, and Framer Motion. A strong portfolio demonstrating both design thinking and coding is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Portfolio showing both design thinking and code.
• Experience with data-intensive interfaces (dashboards, tables, filters) is a plus.
• Experience in a product team (not an agency) preferred.

The Role

You're the rare hybrid: you design AND you build. There's no 'design done, hand off to devs' here — you own the entire journey from concept to shippable code. You're responsible for the complete design of ProfitPath, keep the design system together, and make sure every interaction feels right.

What We Expect

• React / Next.js and Tailwind CSS — you build what you design
• Figma — your tool for concepts, flows, and prototypes
• Design systems — building, documenting, keeping them consistent
• Animations and micro-interactions (Framer Motion or similar)
• A strong portfolio that shows both: design thinking and code

Nice to Have

• Experience with data-intensive interfaces (dashboards, tables, filter logic)
• Typography, spacing, color systems — you can explain why something looks the way it does
• Experience in a product team (not an agency)
