Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a skilled engineer to lead the development and design of aluminium systems for windows, doors and facades, with a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

You will create 2D and 3D CAD models, generate technical drawings and documentation, plan and evaluate tests, and support product launches across cross-functional teams.

Fluency in German and English, a relevant engineering degree, and hands-on CAD experience with AutoCAD and Inventor are required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in the development and design of aluminium systems, facades, window or door systems.
• Knowledge of fire protection, burglary protection and/or ballistic protection is a plus.
• Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD and Inventor.
• Good knowledge of relevant building regulations, standards and safety requirements.
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
