TEKsystems is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support technology deployment projects by coordinating installation activities, assisting technical teams, tracking progress, and ensuring project tasks are completed successfully. Description

Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support technology deployment projects by coordinating installation activities, assisting technical teams, tracking progress, and ensuring project tasks are completed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support deployment activities across multiple locations.
• Communicate with technicians and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, document updates, and escalat issues when needed.
• Follow established processes and assist with troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain accurate records and deployment documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting technical projects, deployments, or operational initiatives.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to follow detailed processes and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with remote support tools and basic user or system administration.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

• Experience with hardware deployments, upgrades, or technical support environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory or other user administration tools.
• Previous experience coordinating field teams, projects, or technology rollouts

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Downers Grove, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
