Code Metal is seeking a customer-focused professional to bridge government users with engineering and product teams. You will help deploy software for Government customers, synthesize user pain points, and identify key features from real workflows.

The role requires close collaboration with engineering and product teams to translate field insights into deliverables. You will go onsite to meet end users, build deep understanding of their critical questions, and contribute to solutions that
