Zusammenfassung

Code Metal is seeking a senior government contracts specialist to administer a portfolio of federal contracts and subcontracts from start to closeout.

You will review and negotiate prime contracts, teaming agreements, and NDAs, interpret FAR/DFARS, and advise on compliance and risks for defense programs.

The position offers a flexible hybrid or remote work arrangement with relocation assistance to support engineers joining our mission-critical teams.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of government contracts experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Experience with OTA, SBIR/STTR, and defense innovation vehicles.
