Job summary

JD Logistics in Germany is seeking an operations professional to execute end-to-end warehouse tasks, including goods receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in inbound and outbound flows.

You will monitor real-time inventory, perform stock counts, address discrepancies, and support safety standards while contributing to process improvements and reporting. A collaborative, fast-paced environment with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/Outbound Operations Execution: Execute end-to-end warehouse operations in accordance with standard procedures, including goods receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Inventory Management & Stocktaking: Monitor real-time inventory status, conduct regular stock counts, and handle inventory discrepancies (overages/shortages) and slow-moving stock.
• Goods Storage & Safety Management: Plan and allocate storage areas rationally, standardize stacking practices, and maintain warehouse cleanliness. Implement safety management systems to mitigate warehousing risks, ensuring cargo safety and operational compliance.
• Exception Handling & Data Reporting: Promptly report and address issues such as damaged goods and order anomalies. Record operational data, provide feedback on process bottlenecks, and assist in optimizing workflows to enhance warehousing efficiency and service quality.
