Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Station Manager to lead daily operations at our delivery hub in Germany. You will build and mentor the in-house delivery station team, optimize staffing, and drive 6S standards to keep the facility aligned with JD.com's high quality requirements.

You will onboard DSP suppliers, assess performance, and implement improvement plans across delivery metrics such as on-time performance and re-delivery rates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily delivery station operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Build and mentor the in-house station team, adjusting personnel structures and providing training.
• Onboard, assess, and manage DSP suppliers at the station; provide feedback for improvements.
• Maintain 6S standards to keep office and operation areas clean, organized, and compliant.
• Develop and implement periodic optimization strategies using station metrics like delivery success and re-delivery rates.
• Manage external relationships with landlords, property management, and government departments; handle exceptions.

About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Fully responsible for the daily management of delivery station:

• Build the in-house delivery station team, dynamically adjust the personnel structure, and provide training and empowerment for delivery station supervisors.
• Be responsible for the onboarding, assessment and experience management of DSP suppliers at the station, and evaluate and provide feedback on service provider iteration suggestions.
• Take charge of the daily standardized 6S management of the station to ensure that the office and operation environment meet the company's requirements.
• Formulate periodic optimization strategies based on various station performance metrics such as delivery success rate and re-delivery rate.
• Manage the daily external relationship maintenance and exception handling of the station (including interactions with landlords, property management and relevant government departments).
• Handle and report operation-related abnormalities in a timely manner.
