JINGDONG Logistics (JD Logistics) invites experienced operations professionals to join our delivery station team in Germany. You will build and lead the in-house delivery station, adjust staffing, and empower supervisors to deliver high-quality service.

You will onboard DSP suppliers, implement 6S, drive targeted improvements through key metrics, manage external relationships, and promptly report abnormalities to keep operations running smoothly.

• Be responsible for the onboarding, assessment and experience management of DSP suppliers at the station, and evaluate and provide feedback on service provider iteration suggestions.
• Take charge of the daily standardized 6S management of the station to ensure that the office and operation environment meet the company’s requirements.
• Formulate periodic optimization strategies based on various station performance metrics such as delivery success rate and re-delivery rate.
• Manage the daily external relationship maintenance and exception handling of the station (including interactions with landlords, property management and relevant government departments).
• Handle and report operation-related abnormalities in a timely manner.
