Key job responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities and site security operations
  • Coordinate with Operations and Safety managers for facility operations
  • Provide guidance and leadership to contract security provider personnel.
  • Evaluate the contract security provider performance and service delivery and request corrective actions from vendors as needed
  • Foster working relationships to educate data center stakeholders on false alarm reductions
  • Extract metrics and observe improvements by looking at and analyzing data
  • Verify Data Center security programs are delivered to meet defined global security standards
  • Assist in all media integrity related Programs
  • Assist in the training of new and existing personnel on behavioral compliance to security policies and procedures
  • Handle escalations and resolve tasks delegated and/or assigned to the team
  • Draft reports and prepare presentations on the status of physical security operations
  • Collaborate with managers in writing and implementing security policies, processes and procedures based on regional or global security initiatives.
  • Serve as a customer advocate by identifying security-related opportunities and crafting innovative solutions that maintain uncompromising security standards
  • Participate in site audits, inspections and walk-through

Identifying, discussing and bringing forward issues and solutions to senior team members – Minimum 1 year of professional experience in security/safety standards and data analysis for process improvement and quality assurance and Strong communication skills with fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).

Qualifications
  • Valid EU driver's license and EU nationality required, with ability to travel between company locations using personal vehicle
  • This role requires you to be a national of an EU member state – 1+ year experience in operations or physical security, including incident response and management
  • 2+ years experience in data collection and analysis, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (3+ years)
  • Practical knowledge of physical security systems (access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance) and workflow ticketing
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle technical challenges, seeking guidance when needed
  • Strong emotional intelligence with a growth mindset and ability to learn from mistakes
