Tasks
Data Architecture & Engineering
  • Collaborate with Data Engineer to design and build scalable production‑grade data pipelines (AWS Glue S3 Athena Redshift).
  • Support the transition from legacy DWH to a data lakehouse architecture (bronze silver gold layers).
  • Ensure high‑quality well‑documented datasets for analytical consumption.
  • Provide analytical input on ETL / ELT design data quality and performance optimization.
Data Analysis and Insights
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends patterns and correlations in large datasets.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Develop reports and presentations for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics
  • Design develop and deploy machine learning models for business use cases.
  • Implement supervised unsupervised and time series forecasting methods.
  • Build and maintain reproducible model pipelines integrated into production environments.
  • Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvements.
Data Visualization and Communication
  • Create compelling dashboards and self‑service analytics using Power BI QlikView and Python / R visualization libraries.
  • Develop executive‑level reporting and analytical dashboards.
  • Present analytical findings to leadership and cross‑functional teams.
Collaboration & Strategy
  • Work closely with Data Engineer Business Analysts and governance teams to define data and analytics standards.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert on statistical methods predictive analytics and AI integration.
  • Participate in data governance metadata management and data quality processes in a multi‑country / multi‑entity data initiatives.
Automation & CI / CD Integration
  • Implement automated workflows for data science model testing deployment and monitoring.
  • Support DevSecOps goals by integrating ML workflows into CI / CD and IaC pipelines.
Requirements
Required
  • 57 years of experience in data science analytics or predictive modelling.
  • Expert‑level SQL skills (Microsoft SQL Server query optimization data warehousing).
  • Strong programming proficiency in Python (Pandas PySpark scikit‑learn) and / or R (statistical analysis visualization).
  • Proven experience developing and deploying machine learning models.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services (S3 Glue Athena SageMaker Redshift).
  • Strong grasp of data lakehouse architectures and hybrid cloud / on‑premise operations.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI QlikView).
Desirable
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
  • Exposure to CI / CD Terraform or similar DevOps tooling.
  • AWS Data Analytics or Machine Learning certifications and Billing Services.
  • Knowledge of DORA compliance frameworks or EU data regulations.
  • Experience with QlikView as data visualization and reporting tool.
  • Visual Basic Knowledge combined with MS Access.
