ADG Apotheken-Dienstleistungsgesellschaft mbH, Teil der PHOENIX Gruppe, sucht einen erfahrenen Data Scientist zur Entwicklung von Datenmodellen, Algorithmen und Analysen komplexer Datensätze, um geschäftliche Entscheidungen zu unterstützen.

Sie erstellen prädiktive Modelle, arbeiten mit cross-funktionalen Teams zusammen, kommunizieren Ergebnisse in Berichten und Präsentationen und treiben AI‑basierte Generative‑ bzw. Prädiktiv‑KI voran.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Data Science, Informatik, Statistik oder einem verwandten Feld mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Python, R und SQL.
• Erfahrung mit ML-Frameworks und Data‑Viz-Tools; Kenntnisse zu generativer und prädiktiver KI.

Responsibilities

• Entwickeln und Implementieren von Datenmodellen und Algorithmen zur Analyse komplexer Datensätze.
• Erstellen und W halten prädiktiver Modelle zur Unterstützung von Geschäftsentscheidungen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zur Lösung datenbezogener Herausforderungen.
• Kommunikation von Erkenntnissen an Stakeholder durch Berichte und Präsentationen.
• Unterstützung von Governance-Prozessen und Automatisierung von Workflows.
• Einsatz von AI-Technologien für generative und prädiktive Analysen zur Verbesserung der Modellentwicklung.

• Develop and implement data models and algorithms to analyze complex datasets
• Create and maintain predictive models to support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve data-related challenges

Dein Profil

• University degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field with several years of experience in data analysis and data science
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• High analytical skills and a strong understanding of business processes
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and data visualization tools, familiarity with AI technologies for generative and predictive AI
• Team player with a flexible, self-responsible, and customer-oriented approach. Proactive, committed, and eager to learn
• Fluent English language skills; proficiency in German is a plus
