We specialized on everything around marketing measurement solutions, such as event tracking, 1st party customer data, attribution, media-mix modelling, CLTV, etc. We deploy and manage innovative machine learning and big data solutions tailored to the individual needs of our mainly international clients.

Role Description

Join HAMS as a full-time, on-site Data Scientist in Berlin, Germany. In this role, you will be an integral part of our Analytics team, responsible for:

• Advanced Data Analysis: Apply a range of modeling techniques to conduct complex data analyses that drive strategic insights.
• Machine Learning Development: Design, test, and refine ML models—taking them from initial proof-of-concept to fully deployed, production-ready solutions.
• Collaborative Deployment: Work closely with our data engineering team to ensure the seamless integration and deployment of ML modules within our cloud infrastructure.
• Data Processing Enhancement: Collaborate with our tech team to continually improve and optimize data processing modules.
• Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings to help translate analytical insights into actionable strategies for daily decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Physics, or another quantitative field
• Strong Python knowledge (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable interacting with clients in a professional environment
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership
• Experience with marketing measurement, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Incrementality, CLTV, or experimentation
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks
• Experience with Git and modern analytics workflows
