What you should bring for it :

• 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist ideally in a startup or fintech company
• experience with Python and with data processing packages (e.g. Pandas Numpy)
• familiarity with web frameworks like Flask or FastAPI
• knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• track-record of successful projects using ML to solve business problems
• experience with agile development practices such as TDD / BDD continuous integration refactoring code reviews etc.
• excellent English speaking and writing skills
• willingness to dive into our data and get your hands dirty

Things that will make you stand out :

• a degree in Data Science Computer Science Mathematics or similar
• experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g. pytorch scikit-learn transformers)
• hands-on experience with deployment of (ideally open source) LLMs (hosting fine-tuning prompt engineering evaluation)
• experience with Reinforcement Learning
• experience with cloud-based infrastructure solutions such as AWS
