Qualifikationen

• 3+ года опыта в Data или Software Engineering.

Aufgaben

• Доставлять end-to-end решения данных от потребности до продакшна, включая загрузку в Snowflake, доступ через Trino и Metabase, и автоматизацию.

• Проводить дежурства и часы офиса, квалифицировать запросы и выбирать между быстрыми фиксами и полноценными решениями.
• Определять контракты данных, тесты и SLA для поставляемых данных.
• Исследовать инциденты пайплайнов и находить корневые причины.
• Управлять, разворачивать и поддерживать инструменты открытого ПО в Data Platform.

Qonto creates a finance workspace for SMEs, combining banking with financial tools. The company serves over 600,000 customers across eight European countries and operates as a European fintech.

Задачи:

• Deliver end-to-end data solutions from initial needs to production, including ingestion into Snowflake, exposure through Trino and Metabase, and related automation;
• Turn recurring manual requests into reusable, documented, low-maintenance building blocks;
• Run duty and Office Hours, qualify incoming requests, and decide between quick fixes, complete solutions, and platform changes;
• Define data contracts, tests, and SLAs for shipped data;
• Investigate pipeline incidents through to their root cause;
• Manage, deploy, and maintain Trino, Metabase, Airflow, OpenMetadata, and other open-source tools owned by the Data Platform team.

Требования:

• 3+ Years of experience in Data or Software Engineering;
• Experience shipping and operating data pipelines and data services in production;
• Strong Python skills;
• Understanding of data infrastructure and solutions, including warehouses, query engines, and orchestrators;
• Experience running open-source data tools for orchestration, query engines, and BI;
• Comfortable debugging underlying infrastructure;
• Comfortable with Git-based workflows and CI/CD;
• Ability to take projects from rough needs to shipped solutions, including challenging requests, scoping with stakeholders, defining deliverables, and implementation;
• Daily use of AI tools in engineering work, including coding agents and LLM-based automation;
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate between business needs and technical constraints;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Airflow, Snowflake, Kubernetes, AWS.
