Zusammenfassung

ivoflow in Koblenz sucht eine engagierte IT-Fachkraft zur technischen Integration von Kundendaten in unsere Middleware-Landschaft. Sie mapping-ready Datenformate, richten Integrationsprofile (CSV, DB, REST) ein und unterstützen Kunden im Support.

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder ein IT-Studium, mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung sowie Kenntnisse in SQL-Datenbanken, REST-APIs und ERP/SAP. Teamarbeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Kundenfokus runden Ihr Profil ab.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in IT oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken.
• Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Tools.
• Erfahrung in Kundenprojekten, Troubleshooting und Support.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise.

Aufgaben

• Technische Integration kundenspezifischer Daten ins ivoflow-System über Middleware.
• Abbildung von Quelldatenformaten auf Zielformate.
• Profilierung von Datenintegrationen (CSV, DB, REST-APIs) einrichten.
• Kundenberatung und technischer Support zum Produkt ivoflow.
• Analyse, Entwurf und Implementierung von IT-Lösungen in Projekten.
• Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung von Kundenprojekten über deren Lifecycle.
• Fehleranalyse und 2./3rd-Level-Support bei technischen Problemen.
• Mitwirkung bei Planung und Umsetzung neuer Systemlandschaften.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt, Engineering, Customer Success sowie externen Middleware-Partnern.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for the technical integration of specific procurement data from our customers ERP system landscape into ivoflow using our middleware partners
• Mapping data from the source format to the target format is no problem for you
• You are confident in setting up profiles for data integration (CSV, DB, REST APIs)
• Provide consulting and technical support to our customers on the ivoflow software product
• Analyze, design, and implement IT solutions within customer projects
• Support and further develop customer projects throughout their entire lifecycle
• Conduct technical error analysis and resolve issues (2nd-/3rd-level support)
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of new system landscapes
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering and customer success teams as well as external middleware partners to align integration solutions with business needs
• Experience with interfaces and data integration

Qualifikation

• Completed Technical Eduction (abgeschlossene Ausbildung) or degree in IT, or an equivalent qualification
• Mininum 2 years of experience
• Solid technical knowledge of IT systems and networks
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
• Confident in using project management methods and tools
• Proven experience in customer project support and technical troubleshooting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Independent, structured, and service-oriented approach to work

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of cloud technologies or IT-Security
• Experience with SAP or ERP Enterprise Systems, preferrably in the Supply Chain and Procurement space and/or working with middleware tools as Lobster
