Zusammenfassung

ivoflow sucht eine/n IT-Integrationsspezialisten (m/w/d) für die technische Anbindung von Kundendaten an unsere Middleware und ivoflow. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Data-Mapping, Profilaufbau (CSV, DB, REST APIs) und Beratung der Kunden.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Produkt, Engineering und Customer Success zusammen, lösen 2nd/3rd-Level-Supportfälle und gestalten neue Systemlandschaften mit. Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Erfahrung, Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich sind erforderlich.

Qualifikationen

• Technische Ausbildung oder IT-Studium oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
• Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Erfahrung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken
• Erfahrung im Arbeiten mit relationalen Datenbanken (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
• Sicherer Umgang mit Methoden und Tools des Projektmanagements
• Nachweis der Kundenprojektunterstützung und technischen Fehlersuche
• Starke Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise

Aufgaben

• Technische Integration von Kundendaten in ivoflow über Middleware-Lösungen
• Daten-Mapping von Quell- zu Zielformat
• Profilierung von Data-Integrations-Setups (CSV, DB, REST-APIs)
• Beratung und technischer Support für Kunden
• Analyse, Entwurf und Umsetzung von IT-Lösungen in Kundenprojekten
• Unterstützung von Kundenprojekten über den gesamten Lifecycle
• Fehleranalyse und Behebung (2./3. Level)
• Mitwirkung bei Planung und Implementierung neuer Systemlandschaften
• enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt, Engineering und Customer Success sowie externen Middleware-Partnern

• Responsible for the technical integration of specific procurement data from our customers ERP system landscape into ivoflow using our middleware partners
• Mapping data from the source format to the target format is no problem for you
• You are confident in setting up profiles for data integration (CSV, DB, REST APIs)
• Provide consulting and technical support to our customers on the ivoflow software product
• Analyze, design, and implement IT solutions within customer projects
• Support and further develop customer projects throughout their entire lifecycle
• Conduct technical error analysis and resolve issues (2nd-/3rd-level support)
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of new system landscapes
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering and customer success teams as well as external middleware partners to align integration solutions with business needs
• Experience with interfaces and data integration

Qualifikation

• Completed Technical Eduction (abgeschlossene Ausbildung) or degree in IT, or an equivalent qualification
• Mininum 2 years of experience
• Solid technical knowledge of IT systems and networks
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
• Confident in using project management methods and tools
• Proven experience in customer project support and technical troubleshooting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Independent, structured, and service-oriented approach to work

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of cloud technologies or IT-Security
• Experience with SAP or ERP Enterprise Systems, preferrably in the Supply Chain and Procurement space and/or working with middleware tools as Lobster
