Data Engineer (f/m/d)

who has hands‑on experience in designing and developing data marts and databases to support analytical and business intelligence (BI) initiatives? This role will play a key part in building scalable data infrastructure that enables data‑driven decision‑making across the group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and reliable data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from diverse sources (ERP, CRM, web/SNS platforms).
  • Integrating structured and unstructured data to create unified views for customer and sales analytics.
  • Building and optimizing ETL/ELT workflows using modern data pipeline frameworks for analytics and data warehousing.
  • Collaborating with data analysts and data stewards to understand requirements and deliver analytics‑ready datasets.
  • Ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with data governance and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR).
  • Partnering with IT, marketing, and sales teams to align technical data workflows with business objectives.
  • Monitoring data flows, identifying anomalies, and proactively troubleshooting pipeline and infrastructure issues.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in data engineering or a related technical role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong command of SQL and scripting in Python or Scala.
  • Hands‑on experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, DBT, Talend).
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing and cloud‑based analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Familiarity with data modeling, performance tuning, and partitioning strategies.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities with experience working in cross‑functional, multicultural environments.
  • Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken) for effective collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.
Nice to have
  • Experience with Salesforce data architecture (objects, APIs, data models).
  • Understanding of SAP data integration, especially in automotive or sales domains.
  • Exposure to web/SNS data pipelines (clickstreams, user interaction, social media feeds).
  • Practical experience working with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
