Coherent Solutions is seeking a Data Engineer to transform and expand an enterprise data platform. You will build and scale Snowflake-based data pipelines, migrate Alteryx workflows, and implement robust data quality checks.

Collaboration with Data Engineering, BI, and Governance teams is expected in a hybrid/remote setting. The role requires 4+ years of Snowflake experience, strong SQL, and hands-on work with dbt and orchestration tools.

Project Description

The project focuses on transforming and expanding an enterprise data platform. The Data Engineer will help build and scale a Snowflake-based platform and migrate existing Alteryx workflows into governed, production-ready data products. The initial phase focuses on Treasury and Finance, with additional business domains expected to follow.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain data pipelines and data products in Snowflake;

Job Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, with strong hands-on experience with Snowflake;
• Practical experience with dbt;
• Experience with Dagster, Airflow, or comparable orchestration tools;
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills;
• Understanding of data quality and monitoring practices;
• Experience building and maintaining production data pipelines;
• Experience with AI-assisted development using Cursor or similar tools;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Snowflake certification would be a plus;
• Availability for substantial overlap with US Central Time, especially from 2:00 PM CST onward, is a plus;
