Bella&Bona is seeking a Data & CRM Engineer to own and optimize our data infrastructure across HubSpot and SQL ensuring data consistency accuracy and reliability across all systems.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining the pipelines that power our CRM and GTM operations from integration logic and property mapping to automated data validation. This is a hands‑on technical role that combines database management API integration and CRM system logic.
Maintain and optimize the integration between HubSpot and SQL ensuring complete bidirectional and error‑free data synchronization.
Develop scripts and API connectors to extract validate and update CRM data directly from backend systems (e.g. legacy databases admin portals).
Build and maintain data quality checks alert systems and validation logic for duplicates missing values and incorrect mappings.
Collaborate with RevOps to translate business requirements into data models and technical workflows. Implement automated processes for data cleaning enrichment and normalization (company contact and order‑level data).
Ensure lifecycle data accuracy all HubSpot stages and properties must reflect real backend behavior.
Write SQL queries and scripts to audit data integrity support ad‑hoc investigations and produce clean datasets for RevOps reporting.
Manage API authentication and versioning ensuring secure and reliable connections between systems.
Document all integration endpoints field mappings and update logic for internal reference.
Shape the backbone of our data ecosystem youll define how information flows connects and drives every business decision at Bella&Bona.
