Zusammenfassung

Die Obermeyer GmbH & Co. KG in München sucht einen Data Architect / Business Process Manager (m/w/d).

Sie gestalten eine zentrale Datenplattform, integrieren BIM, ERP, Sensor- und GIS-Daten und arbeiten eng mit Führungskräften zusammen. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören das Definieren von Datenstandards, das Modellieren von Zielprozessen, die Förderung intelligenter Automatisierung sowie die Sicherstellung von GDPR-Compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Data Engineering, Data Architecture oder Business Intelligence.
• Kenntnisse in BPMN und Prozessoptimierung.
• Erfahrung mit Datenplattformen, ETL-Prozessen und Cloud-Infrastruktur (Azure, AWS).

Aufgaben

• Datenplattform zentral entwerfen, bauen und betreiben sowie BIM/ERP/Sensor/GIS integrieren.
• Datenstandards und Speicherkonzepte definieren und durchsetzen.
• Daten-Silos abbauen und hochwertige Datenbasis sicherstellen.
• Technologien hinsichtlich Schnittstellen und Skalierbarkeit evaluieren und auswählen.

Your Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Architecture

• Design, build and operate a central project data platform integrating BIM, ERP, sensor data, GIS and other sources.
• Define and enforce data standards and storage structures across the organisation.
• Break down data silos and ensure a consistent, high-quality data foundation.
• Evaluate and select data technologies based on interface compatibility and scalability.

Business Process Management

• Analyse and document existing business processes, focusing on recurring and automatable activities.
• Redesign processes leveraging intelligent automation and AI.
• Identify AI and digitalisation use cases within operational units.
• Model and document target-state processes as the basis for technical implementation.

Governance & Collaboration

• Actively contribute to the AI Board process on data-related topics.
• Ensure GDPR compliance in the handling of project and company data.
• Work closely with Data Protection & Compliance as well as Business Partner Management.

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or comparable.
• Several years of experience in data engineering, data architecture or business intelligence.
• Knowledge of process modelling (e.g. BPMN) and process optimisation.
• Experience with data platforms, ETL processes and cloud infrastructure (e.g. Azure, AWS).
• Advantageous: experience in the planning, construction or infrastructure sector; knowledge of BIM or GIS.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with a process- and delivery-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills – a bridge-builder between IT and business units in German and English.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• Willingness to take ownership and embrace new challenges.
