Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in dataField
• Understanding of Data Mesh principles and governance
• Proven track record building a data platform
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric unified analytics
• Expertise with ADLS Gen2, Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL and Azure data services
• Proficiency in Azure Integration Services including Databricks and Data Factory
• Experience with streaming using Kafka or Azure Event Hub
• Strong SQL and Python programming
• Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture
• Excellent English language skills (Upper-Intermediate+)

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Architect to join our team partly on‑site in Budapest. Our customers build a data platform and organizational structures that will benefit businesses and organizations.

As a Data Architect, you will support a new program of digital change which includes the introduction of new SaaS applications and a new enterprise Integration Platform (middleware) into the company’s IT landscape.

What you bring along:

• 5+ years of experience in the Data field;
• Understanding of Data Mesh principle;
• Has a proof experience in building Data Platform with proper Data Governance;
• Expertise in Microsoft Fabric’s unified analytics platform;
• Expertise with ADLS Gen2, Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, and other Azure data‑related services;
• Proficiency in Azure Integration Services products, including Azure Databricks and Data Factory;
• Competent in Apache Kafka or Azure Event Hub, Azure IoT Hub, Azure Stream Analytics for data streaming and event processing;
• Proficient in SQL and Python programming languages;
• Experience in working closely with clients to understand business challenges and needs;
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and keen attention to detail;
• English proficiency at Upper‑Intermediate level or higher.

This is your mission:

• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to organize, represent, and store data effectively;
• Implement data governance practice following the data mesh principle and utilizing Azure Purview to have Data Lineage, Data Catalog, etc.;
• Build Lakehouse on Microsoft Fabric or Databricks;
• Analyze business needs, design and implement data‑driven solutions;
• Design and implement data models, adhering to development guidelines and best practices;
• Transform customer requirements into development tasks;
• Collaborate with data engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide data solutions, and effectively communicate insights or findings derived from Data;
• Act as a customer‑facing consultant responsible for eliciting customer requirements, translating them into technical architecture, and presenting your decisions and proposals to customers;
• Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
