We’re looking for a Data Analyst who will work closely with Product to strengthen data‑informed decision‑making behind next‑gen agents. This role goes beyond a typical technical analyst position — You’ll play a key part in shaping product features by uncovering insights, defining benchmarks, and testing hypotheses before they move into product requirements. You’ll thrive here if you’re both technical and product‑oriented: someone who can query raw data, build analyses in Python or SQL, leverage AI tools, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product development. This is a hybrid role in Spain (Malaga or Madrid). Candidates across Europe can start remotely and relocate later.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product to scope new features through deep data research and exploration
  • Identify, source, and validate the right datasets for each problem (e.g., pricing, bidding, inventory)
  • Define benchmarks, thresholds, and metrics that inform agent behaviors
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources
  • Use Python (especially Pandas) or AI‑assisted workflows to process, analyze, and visualize data
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable product insights and requirements
  • Be proactive in spotting opportunities, raising hypotheses, and suggesting areas of investigation
  • Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methods, and assumptions
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and potentially Operations
Requirements
  • 3–4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or related role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL; able to write and optimize complex queries
  • Comfort with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or ability to quickly leverage AI tools to do so
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business questions into data queries
  • Demonstrated proactivity and independence—able to take initiative without detailed instructions
  • Excellent organizational skills: able to structure research, track assumptions, and share learnings
  • Strong communication skills: can explain technical findings clearly to non‑technical teammates
  • Experience in economics, accounting, e‑commerce, ad tech, or marketplaces (will be a plus)
  • Knowledge of Spanish (will be a plus)
