ARSENAULT is seeking a Data Analyst for its Analytics & BI team to transform business questions into clear analytical problems, analyze data, and run experiments to drive decision-making across the company.

You will collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and product to understand processes, deliver insights, and advocate improvements. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus, with a flexible, largely remote-friendly work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Physics, Engineering or a similar field with a strong analytical background
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and processing with SQL and Python, data warehousing experience is a bonus
• Experience in visualization tools (e.g. Looker), experience with Amazon Redshift and/or Apache Airflow is a bonus
• Exceptional analytical skills and experience in solving highly challenging problems
• Strong business and communication skills with a productive attitude
• Ability to understand complex business processes and clearly communicate solutions back to the business
• Flexibility with taking on a wide range of tasks depending on the dynamics of the business
• Fluency in English, German skills are a plus!
