Job summary

femtasy — аудио-платформa для интимных историй и звуков, ориентированная на женщин. Мы ищем аналитика данных с 3+ годами опыта для работы с данными и BI-отчетами.

Ваша задача — строить надежные модели и dashboards, сотрудничать с Marketing, Product и Finance и помогать бизнес-решениям на основе данных.

Qualifications

• 3+ года опыта в аналитике данных или смежной роли.
• Умение самостоятельно формулировать задачи и работать с неопределенностью.
• Умение ясно формулировать проблемы и проверять предположения.
• Опыт работы с Tableau и/или аналогами.
• Свободный английский.

Responsibilities

• Вести scoped conversations с Marketing, Product и Finance, уточнять запросы.
• Разрабатывать решения с учетом влияния и времени разработки.
• Строить и поддерживать дашборды и отчеты в Tableau и будущих BI-инструментах.
• Работать с dbt и моделями, поддерживать расчеты и аналитические данные.
• Обеспечивать надежность моделей и отчетов, находить и исправлять дефекты.
• Выявлять неэффективные практики и предлагать улучшения вместе с Head of Data.

Описание:

femtasy is an audio-only streaming platform for sensual audio stories and sexy sounds for women. The female-centric product aims to help women explore and enjoy female pleasure on their own terms.

Задачи:

• Own first-line scoping conversations with Marketing, Product, and Finance, clarify requests, challenge vague or over-scoped asks, and define suitable solutions
• Develop solutions aligned with stakeholders while maximizing impact and minimizing development time
• Build and maintain actionable dashboards and reports in Tableau and future BI tools
• Build and manage data in dbt, including fact tables and models supporting recurring reporting and analyses
• Own the day-to-day reliability of created models and reports by identifying, flagging, and fixing issues
• Challenge inefficient working practices and work with the Head of Data to determine what should be improved

Требования:

• 3+ Years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analytics role
• Ability to work independently on well-scoped problems and recognize when to ask for help with ambiguous ones
• Proven stakeholder-facing judgment when clarifying vague requests and balancing over-engineering against under-scoping
• Ability to frame problems clearly, communicate directly, and challenge assumptions
• Solid SQL, dbt, and hands-on BI tool experience
• Ability to build and maintain models independently from raw data through fact tables to dashboards
• Comfortable supporting Marketing and other stakeholders across different domains
• Willingness to challenge established practices and openness to direct feedback
• Fluent in English
• Nice to have: Marketing experience including at least one real marketing project, startup experience, use of AI tools in day-to-day analysis
• Not suitable for candidates who require every request to be fully pre-scoped, prefer only executing tickets, start with dashboards before understanding the business problem, are not comfortable owning dbt models end-to-end, or see themselves as a data service desk
