Your role

• Drive analytics projects across the Operations Tribe (Logistics, Assortment, Supply Chain) and Central BI, providing analytical expertise and assisting in defining project objectives and deliverables.
• Partner with data engineering and business teams to build scalable & high-impact data solutions, contributing in the development of data pipeline logics using data modeling, SQL and Python, and ensuring efficient data management and governance.
• Develop high-performance data pipelines across Exasol, Airflow, and Databricks by writing advanced SQL queries.
• Develop insightful performance dashboards in reporting tools like Tableau & Apache Superset.
• Support with maintaining and evolving our central company reporting landscape, ensuring accountability KPIs and data consistency.
• Develop & execute data quality assurance (QA) processes for central data products and pipeline implementations, and contribute to the adherence of reporting best practices.
• Drive data excellence projects, developing our BIOps and fostering data literacy in the company through various initiatives such as trainings or data cataloguing

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, a STEM field, or a comparable degree program with a strong focus on analytics and research.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL, including writing complex queries for large-scale datasets.
• Python understanding for data manipulation and scripting.
• Understanding of statistical methods and an analytical mindset.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English.
• Curious by design, eager to learn and be mentored by senior members of the team.
