Required Experience

• 5–8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role
• Experience working as part of project team in global transformation projects in Operations and Supply Chain Management or Human Resources and Finance
• Solid experience with data analysis and technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, Data mapping and Documentation segmentation techniques; Microsoft Azure knowledge is a plus
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product owners
• Experience in understanding how data supports solid processes and hence adds business value is a must have
