Zusammenfassung

Broadpin sucht eine/n SAP IPLM Consultant mit Fokus auf Oracle Analytics und Enterprise Performance Management. Sie arbeiten hybrid, reisen ggf.

innerhalb Deutschlands sowie nach Österreich/UK, und gestalten datengetriebene Lösungen für Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing und Reporting. Zu den Aufgaben zählen die Modellierung von Daten, die Implementierung von Oracle-Analytics-Produkten sowie die Unterstützung bei ETL-Prozessen und Datenmigration.

Qualifikationen

• Abschluss in Informatik oder verwandtem Bereich.
• Know-how in Datenmanagement-Systemen und Datenmodellierung.
• Erfahrung mit OLAP, Star/Snowflake-Schema, Reporting-Systemen.

Aufgaben

• Beratung und Anforderungsabklärung zu Datenanalysen beim Kunden.
• Entwurf konzeptioneller und physischer Datenmodelle für Data Warehouses.
• Umsetzung von Oracle-Analytics-Lösungen inkl. Dashboards und Reports.
• Mitwirkung an ETL-Design, Datenmigration und Validierung.

Focus: Oracle Business Analytics and Enterprise Performance Management

Data is the lifeblood of every company, and the growth and diversity of data are virtually immeasurable. The goal is clear: valuable business knowledge is to be unlocked from this treasure trove of data. Key figures measure the performance of the company, individual products, or means of production, create a picture of customers and business partners, and, through predictive analytics and AI/ML, promise a decisive glimpse into the future. As a Data Analytics Consultant, you operate within this field of tension. Based on the customer's knowledge needs, you design suitable analytical data models, ensure efficient data storage, and provide appropriate query and evaluation options.

Challenging tasks await you:

• Your focus is on the customer's knowledge needs, which vary depending on the application and are oriented toward their business or technical/scientific goals. In addition, you gain clarity about the available data supply through data profiling.
• In conceptual data models, you ensure the functional structuring of the data. For the subsequent implementation with Oracle database technologies, you draw on relational, multidimensional, and hybrid data schemas, as well as NoSQL schemas for big data.
• For data storage, you use Oracle databases, data warehouses, and data marts, both on-premises and increasingly autonomous in the cloud. Performance management applications are implemented based on Oracle Essbase. When needed, you also draw on open-source products.
• The design of reporting and analysis applications and dashboards is carried out in close coordination with the customer. The full range of Oracle Analytics products, competitor tools available at the customer, and open-source products are used for implementation.
• In data migration, you provide support in data profiling, in the conception of data takeover (ETL - extraction, transformation, loading), and in the implementation of the ETL process, including the required automation and the provision of suitable validation routines.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Management, or Industrial Engineering with an affinity for IT
• Required knowledge and, ideally, practical experience in the following areas:
• Architecture and use of data management systems
• Conceptual modeling of data, business processes, and business rules
• Logical and physical database design
• Data modeling for data warehousing and OLAP: star schema, snowflake schema
• Monitoring and online analysis: designing and developing reports, dashboards, and reporting systems on the web and on mobile devices
• Interesting additional qualifications:
• Modern data visualization methods and technology
• Modeling of agile data warehouses: data vault
• Oracle Analytics Cloud
• Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud
• Experience with business intelligence databases and applications, in any of the following technologies:
• Object-relational, in-memory
• Big data (NoSQL, Hadoop + Spark frameworks)
• Responsible use of digital technologies and AI with the goal of creating sustainable, human-centered user experiences
• Communication skills, ability to think abstractly and structure information, diligence in preparing documentation, as well as good German and English language skills
