Job Title: D365 Sales Architect (German-speaking preferred) – Remote

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced D365 Sales Architect to join our team remotely and provide expert support on technical topics within Dynamics 365 Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both architecture and hands-on development, guiding the technical design and implementation of D365 Sales solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and technical strategy for Dynamics 365 Sales implementations and enhancements
• Provide hands-on configuration and customization expertise in D365 Sales to meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain custom plugins and integrations using .NET and JavaScript
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Support and guide development teams in best practices and code reviews
• Utilize Power Platform tools, especially Power Automate, to automate and streamline business processes (preferred)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in the D365 Sales environment
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and performance standards
• Document technical designs and architectural decisions
• Communicate effectively in German (preferred) and English with international teams and clients

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Sales in an architect or development lead role
• Proven hands-on experience with configuration and customization within D365 Sales
• Strong development skills in .NET (plugin development) and JavaScript
• Experience with Power Platform, especially Power Automate (preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• German language proficiency is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams remotely
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, agile environment
