Cognitive Group | Part of the Focus Cloud Group is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Developer to join the CRM delivery team in Mannheim. The role is permanent and on-site, with two days on-site per week. You will deliver end-to-end CRM solutions and work closely with stakeholders in Germany.

Requirements include strong Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development, C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript, and excellent German language skills (English beneficial).

Qualifikationen

• Strong Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development experience (or comparable CRM platform with clear D365 exposure).
• Solid C#/.NET plus JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
• Clean code mindset with scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Confident communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Very good German (spoken/written).

• Deliver end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
• Translating functional requirements into technical designs and clean, maintainable builds.

• Participating in workshops and customer-facing sessions where needed.

We’re working with an established organisation in Germany who are looking to hire a Senior Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Developer to join their CRM delivery team. This is a permanent role based on-site in Mannheim, with interviews happening immediately.
