Pearson Carter is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a senior delivery team. You will own technical delivery from design to implementation, mentor junior developers, and provide technical leadership across multiple ERP projects.

The role is fully remote across Europe and requires strong English communication and consultancy experience. You will influence technical direction while delivering enterprise CRM solutions.

With a strong Microsoft practice and a collaborative culture, they continue to grow their delivery team and are looking for an experiencedDynamics 365 CRM Developerto play a key role in delivering enterprise CRM solutions.

THE ROLE:

We are hiring aDynamics 365 CRM Developerto join a highly experienced Microsoft delivery team. Working alongside Functional Consultants, you will take ownership of the technical delivery of projects from solution design through to implementation. This is a hands-on senior role where you will also provide technical leadership and mentor other developers.

• Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions from the ground up
• Lead technical architecture and solution design across customer projects
• Build custom functionality, integrations, and extensions within Dynamics 365
• Work closely with Functional Consultants to deliver customer requirements
• Mentor and support junior developers within the team
• Participate in customer meetings and provide technical guidance where required
• Deliver high-quality solutions across multiple industries and project types

THE CANDIDATE:

• Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE development
• Experience leading technical architecture and solution design
• Previous experience mentoring or supporting other developers
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Experience working within a consultancy or professional services environment
• Comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle
• Dynamics 365 Field Service experience would be beneficial but is not essential
• Excellent spoken and written English
