Responsibilities
  • Translate LG's mission, purpose and strategy into a D2C e-commerce strategy in an omni-channel environment
  • Overall responsibility of sales and marketing activities targeted towards small and medium-sized businesses in the D2C area based on 4P marketing mix
  • Planning, creation and execution of sales and marketing activities on LG.com including PSI management
  • Analyze campaigns & identify optimization potentials to grow the brand and maximize ROI
  • Process optimization and further development with the help of relevant LG departments on a global level
  • Collaborate with our service and logistics teams to enable high customer satisfaction in all aspects
Qualifications
  • Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on business administration, marketing, IT or comparable commercial training
  • At least 3-5 years of professional sales experience in a comparable position (consumer electronics and D2C desirable)
  • Very good understanding of e-commerce marketing
  • Logical and analytical way of thinking with high attention to detail and careful way of working
  • Independent and hands-on work as a team player
  • Confident MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point
  • Fluent English and good written and spoken German (Korean an advantage)
