Advens is seeking a Project Manager specialized in cybersecurity to lead the implementation and supervision of defensive security services and mySOC. You will manage complex projects in an international setting, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include planning and overseeing delivery within deadlines and budgets, coordinating with clients, and driving continuous improvement of PM methodologies.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity project management experience.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Certifications PMP/CISSP/CISM/CISA are valued.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, communication and results orientation.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

• Manage multidisciplinary international teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure that security solutions align with strategic business objectives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in information security, including standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, ENS, among others.
• Implement and optimize project management methodologies, adapting to the specific requirements of each initiative.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with security projects.
• Generate reports and executive presentations on project status and business impact.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity project management.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Valued certifications: PMP, CISSP, CISM, CISA.
• Knowledge and experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, among others.
