Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an IT Access Management professional in Germany to manage user accounts, groups, profiles, and permissions, while upholding confidentiality and security principles. You will support the user lifecycle and assist with access approvals and MFA.

You will work with Active Directory/Entra ID and ticketing tools, document actions, and guide users, escalating when needed. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, PowerShell, or Python for routine automation.
• Experience in Service Desk, technical support, or handling access requests.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Entra ID, particularly user and group queries and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of periodic access reviews and segregation of duties (SoD).
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
• Introductory knowledge of log analysis and security monitoring.
