Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or Software Engineering roles in a high-growth environment
• Proven experience with the core tech stack
• Understanding of agile workflows and lean principles
• Business-proficient written and spoken English
• Nice to have: German language skills

• Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards for fintech and digital financial services
• Provide security guidance and training to engineers and staff
• Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate security into new financial services and systems
• Lead incident investigations related to digital financial services and financial data breaches
• Provide investigation reports to management
• Research current security trends and technologies for fintech and digital financial services
• Ensure compliance with financial data protection regulations and standards
• Provide oversight and guidance to security team members responsible for protecting financial data
• Contribute to incident response and disaster recovery planning and execution
• Follow defined institutional policies and procedures, including technology processes documented in Confluence
• Take ownership of technology responsibilities defined in Change Management Policies
