Customs Operations ManagerPurpose:Responsible to lead and assist own customs teams to ensure all customs formalities and entries are handled according to the regulation and Union Customs Code (Unionszollkodex) based on costs and performanceLead cost savings and other change initiatives within own area of responsibilityLead, drive and support business continuity & growth within own area of responsibilityClear focus on customer experience , while working with internal and external stakeholdersClose cooperation with the direct Country Customs Operations M anager to drive the operational processes, develop ments and improvements in the field of responsibility based on the company strategyProviding the highest level of customer satisfaction while complying with regu lations of authorities and lawsTo create and build up team engagement & development of expertiseFocus: Customs Compliance, Strategic Growth, and Leadership of Customs Operations & VAS activitiesI n this role the company’s strategic objectives, focusing on operational excellence, compliance, and growth including Customs Services & Value Added Service logistics procedures .
