About Us

Finber An independent project in Germany focused on insurance, finance, and useful solutions for life and business. We help clients navigate complex financial and insurance issues, find suitable solutions, and support them not only during the contract process but also after it's concluded.

We're growing and looking for someone to help our team with customer support, application processing, document management, and ongoing client support.

This is not aggressive sales or cold calling. This is careful, systematic work with people, applications, documents, insurance companies, and internal processes.

Duties

• Process incoming requests from new and current clients.
• Provide support to clients on current insurance contracts: data changes, requests, documents, statuses, and contract questions.
• Assist the team in preparing information for consultations.
• Request, verify and organize client documents.
• Communicate with clients via email, instant messaging, and internal channels.
• Interact with insurance companies, service partners and other organizations.
• Handle complaints, disputes and customer inquiries.
• Make sure tasks don't get lost: record statuses, reminders, deadlines, and next steps.
• Work with CRM, tables, forms, templates and internal instructions.
• Help improve processes: notice recurring problems, suggest how to simplify or systematize them.

• German language from B2 : you need to understand letters, documents, responses from insurance companies and be able to formulate work messages, and also call companies if prompt responses are needed.
• Russian language - confident spoken and written.
• Attention to detail: In insurance, little things matter.

• banking, insurance or financial sector;
• analytics, back-office, operational support.

Experience in insurance is a plus, but not a requirement. Attention to detail, consistency, and an ability to understand the processes are more important.

It will be a plus

• work experience in Germany;
• understanding of insurance products or a desire to understand this topic;
• experience with tables, forms, templates, Google Workspace;
• experience in processing client requests and documents;
• ability to work with AI tools for drafting, structuring information, and speeding up routine work;
• understanding that customer support is not just about "answering," but about bringing the question to a clear conclusion.
