Job summary

Hangar 901, a leading European aircraft maintenance provider, seeks a commercial-minded coordinator to manage aircraft maintenance projects from a commercial perspective. You will interface with customers, project leaders and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and contract compliance.

The role emphasizes quotations, negotiations and strong relationship management across an international aviation environment. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training, business degree or comparable qualification.
• Experience in customer support, project coordination or aviation-related commercial activities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate aircraft maintenance projects from a commercial perspective.
• Act as an interface between customers, Project Leaders and internal departments.
• Support contract compliance before, during and after maintenance events.
• Assist with quotations, negotiations and project-related commercial activities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support customer meetings and prepare project-related documentation.
• Contribute to the successful handover of projects to operational departments.
• General administrative support within the Sales and Customer Support function.

What you offer
