Your mission
You are the first point of contact for our customers and support them with all aspects of our ticketing services.
- Answering customer inquiries: By phone, email, and chat.
- Problem solving: Providing assistance with ticket questions, prices, and event details.
- Support with changes: Assisting with cancellations, rebookings, and alternative ticket options.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to find optimal solutions.
Your profile
- Commercial training or comparable qualification.
- Ideally, initial experience in customer support (events/e-commerce).
- Strong customer focus and enjoyment of contact with people.
- Strong communication skills (telephone and written) and confident use of MS Office.
- Very good German skills, good English skills an advantage.
- Solution-oriented, patient, and able to work under pressure—even in stressful situations.
- A team player with an affinity for the event industry.
