A leading blockchain-based B2B rewards marketplace is seeking a proactive Customer Success & Partner Onboarding Manager to manage onboarding and lifecycle of B2B customers. Fluent English and German are mandatory. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of digital integrations. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success & Partner Onboarding Manager to take over the onboarding and lifecycle management of B2B customers within the qiibee ecosytem (partnered with Miles & More, Etihad Guest, and more).
In this role, you’ll guide customers through every stage — from technical setup to live launch, campaign optimization, and ongoing success management.
You’ll act as the key contact for customers and ensure each customers maximizes the value of their loyalty partnership through proper visibility, communication, and engagement.
