A recruitment firm is seeking a Senior Global Marketing & Operations Headhunter to work with a growing AI HealthTech start-up. The role involves managing all post-sales operations, optimizing customer journeys, and collaborating with multiple teams. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in CS Ops within B2B SaaS, and be fluent in both German and English. This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation package including a base salary up to €140k plus bonuses.

About the job

Representing a European founded AI HealthTech start‑up who are growing their Ops team.

Working directly with their CRO to hire a Principle Customer Success Operations professional to manage all things post‑sales ops.

Having just received multi‑million funding, they’re scaling the GTM across EMEA rapidly.

What you’ll do

  • Build and develop the post‑sales revenue framework
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Service, and Support teams
  • Design playbooks and workflows to optimise renewals, cross‑selling, and expansion opportunities
  • Implement AI tools to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
  • Mentor junior ops team members

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in CS Ops, RevOps, or Business Operations within B2B SaaS
  • Strong Salesforce or HubSpot CRM experience
  • Good understanding of the post‑sales customer journey – onboarding through to expansion, renewal, etc.
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Direct path to leadership
