Your mission
As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) specializing in Alternative Investments, you will be the strategic partner for our institutional clients, guiding them through their entire journey with us—from onboarding through long-term collaboration. You’ll navigate complex financial, operational, and technological landscapes while taking ownership of client relationships, project coordination, and strategic initiatives.
Working at the intersection of our business development, finance, legal, technology, and operations teams, you will serve as the vital link between our technical products, services, and client success. You’ll develop deep expertise in our solutions, proactively anticipate client needs, and deliver seamless experiences through strategic communication and analytical problem‑solving.
Customer Success
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned portfolio of clients
- Address client concernsand elevate issues as needed to ensure resolution
- Develop client health metrics and identify opportunities for increased engagement
- Conduct regular check‑ins, business reviews, and success planning sessions
- Act as client advocate internally, ensuring client needs are communicated and addressed
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty metrics
- Collect and share client feedback to inform product and service improvements
- Collaborate with sales, finance, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless client experience
Project Management & Coordination
- Lead and coordinate client onboarding projects in the Alternative Investments sector
- Contribute to development of onboarding best practices and process improvements
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Track project status and provide regular reporting to management
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Your profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field
- First practical experience (e.g. internships or working student roles) in project management, finance, consulting, or customer success is an advantage
- Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills with institutional clients
- Proactive, reliable, and curious personality with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented approach
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to understand and structure complex information
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and functions
- Excellent German and English skills, French is a plus
- Certifications (strongly preferred)
- Project Management: PRINCE 2, PMP, or similar
- Investment: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst), or equivalent
- Other relevant professional certifications
