Job summary

bunch is seeking a Customer Success intern to support onboarding and ongoing user experience in private markets. You will join the Customer Success team, review data, assist account managers, and manage investor communications on select accounts.

You will own projects from idea to implementation, driving meaningful CS improvements, with mentorship from founders and operators in a fast-paced FinTech startup. Flexible hours, Hamburg coworking options, and learning benefits are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer-related roles or fast-paced environments (VC, consulting, startups).
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to respond quickly under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability in team settings.
• Strong project management skills and love for processes and results.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and interest in venture/private assets.
• Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Customer success team, shaping the user experience.

We're looking for a Customer Success intern who will be driving various topics to contribute to bunch's growth and learning by doing.

What You Will Be Doing

• You will be part of our Customer success team, taking care of and fully contributing to the customer experience of our users

• You will review, check customer data, and work with our operations team.

• You will support our account managers and work closely on accounts where you own the investor communications

• Most importantly, you will identify and take ownership of your own projects, driving meaningful improvements across our company and Customer Success processes

• To make this happen, you will work closely with teams across bunch, foster cross-functional collaboration, and bring your projects from idea to implementation

About you

• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (VC, consulting, investment banking, etc.) or a customer-related role, ideally at a startup company

• Customer-centric mindset and the ability to respond quickly and work well under pressure

• Excellent attention to detail - you are able to catch the corner case every time and are a reliable team member

• You are a great self-organizer and have top-tier project management skills plus a love for processes and results

• You have a basic understanding of core financial concepts and a keen interest in venture and private asset investing

• You have good English, and ideally German

• You are team-oriented and ambitious and bring fun energy to work
