We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Director to join our Global Accounts team in Germany. This senior individual contributor role manages a multi-million-pound portfolio of around 10–20 strategic German enterprise customers.
You’ll build long‑term partnerships with our most valuable clients, ensuring Benifex delivers measurable business outcomes and drives lasting customer success. Acting as a strategic advisor and escalation point, you’ll be supported by dedicated Customer Success Managers focused on day‑to‑day engagement. This is a high‑impact role, shaping how our largest German customers achieve their goals through Benifex.
