For our European Business Group we are looking for a Customer Solution Engineer (m / f / d) in our Frankfurt office to strengthen our team as soon as possible :

Responsibilities

• Support application development projects in different industries to help introduce our products and grow the market in the EMEA region
• Identify customer needs hold online and offline meetings and provide technical solutions with required documentation in close collaboration with internal experts.
• Support the initiation and coordination of technical projects with customers and partners
• Support customer-led trials production processes and co-development activities
• Manage the complaint handling process
• Monitor market and technology trends to find new application ideas and business opportunities and share insights to help the team prepare for the future

Experience Requirements / Competencies

• Successfully completed Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering Material Science Polymer Engineering or a related technical field
• Excellent analytical presentation and communication abilities
• Structured responsible independent and growth mindset
• Business fluent in English (spoken and written) proficiency in German French Spanish Polish Italian or Korean is an advantage
• Confident handling of common MS Office programs
• Distinct analysis and teamwork skills customer service and solution-oriented work attitude
• Willingness to travel about 50 % within EMEA without VISA Issue and a class B driving license
