Zusammenfassung

A growing multinational company in the Powersports industry is looking for a customer support representative. You will be the first point of contact for B2B customers in the Scandinavian countries, supporting them with orders and deliveries. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, is fluent in English and at least one Nordic language, and is passionate about motorcycles. Your responsibilities
  • You are the first point of contact via phone or e-mail for our B2B customers in the Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway).
  • As their competent partner, you will support them in all their questions related to orders and deliveries and support them in the best way possible.
  • Your duties also include the acceptance of orders by phone and e-mail and the processing in our ERP system.
  • Servicing our already registered dealers is your focus, but you also help to win new customers and interest them in a cooperation with Parts Europe.
You bring along
  • You have already gained first professional experience in the areas of customer service, customer support, internal sales or similar.
  • Ideally, you share our passion for motorcycles, ATV / UTV, bicycles etc. and the associated products and accessories.
  • A professional level of English (written and spoken) is mandatory for this role, besides you are fluent in at least one other Nordic language (e.g. Danish, Swedish, Norwegian).
  • You are open-minded, communicative and have a distinct service and customer orientation.
  • A routine handling of the common MS Office programs and experience in using an ERP system roundyour profile.
