Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium, 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit.

Qualifikationen

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium abgeschlossen.
• 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Customer Service, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP S/4HANA und CRM Salesforce.

• Eingehende Anfragen und Bestellungen selbstständig erfassen und bearbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben

• Erfassung und selbstständige Bearbeitung von eingehenden Anfragen und Bestellungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
• Optimierung und Mitgestaltung von Prozessen, zur Steigerung der Teameffizienz
• Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Kundenbetreuung und Services
• Erstellung von Auswertungen zu KPIs und anderen relevanten Kennzahlen
• Unterstützung bei Sonderaufgaben und der Integration von neuen Tools

Dein Profil

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium
• 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Customer Service (idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen)
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Sicher in MS Office, SAP S/4HANA, CRM Salesforce idealerweise Erfahrung mit System-Migration und Implementierung
• Erfahrung in Prozessoptimierung
• Starke Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Teamfähigkeit, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
