Zusammenfassung

Raisin seeks a dedicated Customer Service professional to become an expert for Investment and Pension products. You will handle customer inquiries in German and English by phone and email, and collaborate with Raisin teams to ensure a smooth, positive user experience.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking under pressure, and a keen interest in modern finance. Office twice weekly in a hybrid Berlin/Hamburg setup, with access to Google Workspace and Zendesk.

Qualifikationen

• German at C2 level, written and spoken.
• Good command of English.

Aufgaben

• Become expert for Investment and Pension products and be the contact person for customers.
• Handle inquiries by phone and in writing in German and English.
• Collaborate with Customer Service teams and other Raisin departments.
• Provide a friendly, open service to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Handle inquiries about account opening, investments, pension offerings, and basic tax issues.
• Contribute to making the Raisin platform experience positive.

Your Responsibilities

• Quickly become an expert for our Investment and Pension products and processes, you are the contact person for our customers.
• With your communication skills, you independently handle customer inquiries by phone and in writing, in German as well as in English.
• You work closely with other colleagues from our Customer Service support teams and other Raisin departments and stakeholders.
• You inspire with your friendly and open manner and our customers feel in good hands with you, which contributes to customer enthusiasm.
• You professionally handle inquiries regarding the account opening, the investment and pension offering up to basic tax issues.
• You contribute to making the use of our platform a positive customer experience.

Your Profile

• You speak German at C2 level, both written and spoken and have a good command of English.
• Professional experience in customer service is desirable, regardless of industry.
• Strong communicators who want to help customers via telephone with words and deeds are also welcome.
• You enjoy dealing with people, you are able to handle several tasks simultaneously under pressure while setting appropriate priorities.
• You are interested in complex topics and in modern finance and capital markets.
• You are eager to learn and keep yourself updated on the latest developments and changes in processes.
• You are located in Berlin or Hamburg, ready to work from the office minimum twice a week.
• You have high expectations of your work and maintain an overview even in hectic times.
• You have good IT skills (especially Google Workplace, Zendesk).
• Additional language skills, such as Dutch or Spanish are not required, but a big plus.
