Raisin is seeking a Bank Analytics professional to drive market insights and funding strategies for our partner banks. You will analyze European and US deposit trends, produce visual insights, and support growth decisions across Raisin's platform.

The role requires 2+ years in consulting, banking, or financial services with strong English communication; German is a plus. A solid finance background and attention to detail are essential for success.

Team

Join the Deposits department, the group responsible for making some of Raisin’s most important strategic relationships grow and succeed. In a key dual role you will support both teams in the department.

The Bank Analytics team drives Raisin’s business with analytics, research, and insights to platforms and wider funding markets. You’ll provide tailor‑made funding guidance to our partner banks by leveraging internal and external data. The team’s analyses and guidance drive strategic decision-making both in‑and outside the company.

We work closely with various departments and a multitude of stakeholders (e.g. partner banks, BusDev, Relationship Management, PR).

Your Responsibilities

As a member of the Bank Analytics team, you will be a fundamental driver of Raisin’s growth by providing timely insights into current market and platform developments and behavior and guiding the funding strategies of our bank partners.

• Drive market and funding intelligence: Analyze European and US deposit and funding markets, as well as customer behavior on our platforms to deliver clear, visual insights into key trends and uncover opportunities.
• Provide strategic funding advice: Help partner banks navigate their funding goals by providing market indications, deposit forecasts, and actionable growth strategies.
• Understand and enable: Develop a solid understanding of banks’ requirements and help align them with Raisin’s platform, working closely with other Raisin teams to help unlock growth.

Your Profile

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience (including relevant internships) ideally in consulting, banking, or financial services.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the confidence to communicate clearly and professionally across teams; German nice-to-have.
• Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or a similar field.
• High attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
• A growth mindset, proactive attitude, and a strong willingness to be hands‑on.
• Nice to have: experience with SQL and/or Python
